Aging isn’t something to battle—it’s something to tend to, with care.

When I was a young girl, my grandmother introduced me to the healing language of plants. What began as curiosity—making potions from petals and herbs—has since become a lifelong devotion to the therapeutic power of nature and its ability to nourish both skin and spirit.

Over the past 27 years, I’ve worked with thousands of women, all with one common desire: to feel radiant in their skin without compromising their health or values.

We live in a world that urges us to erase the signs of age, often with invasive or synthetic fixes that disrupt the skin’s delicate rhythm. But what I’ve learned through my own aging, my practice, and the wisdom passed on by my clients is this: we don’t need to fight our skin—we need to listen to it.

 

That’s why I created Sage’s Sparrow Skincare.

Every formulation is a reflection of my years of study in Eastern and Western skincare philosophies—rooted in Herbalism, Facial Reflexology, Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine, and infused with vibrational plant wisdom. My products are handcrafted in small batches using homegrown botanicals, bioregional ingredients, and consciously sourced oils that support the skin’s natural ability to heal, protect, and glow.

What makes Sage’s Sparrow different?

I personally grow and wildcraft many of the ingredients used in my apothecary. Each plant is harvested with intention, using only what is needed and always allowing nature to thrive. For ingredients I can’t grow in our northern climate, I source only fair-trade, cruelty-free, and microbiome-safe botanicals. This care is felt in every jar—a kind of living skincare that works on multiple levels of your well-being.

This is skincare as a healing ritual—slow, sensory, and sacred.
